What does it mean to revisit a dark memory and recreate it? Does it help you get over it? Or will it cause one to spiral back to the place they were? That is what this video and project sought to answer. This video is of a performance piece in which I go through a choreography of my first time with self-harm. In contrast, a video of the same choreography being done in a digital recreation of the room I initially did self-harm plays in the background.
